Shadoweave Scraps drop from the outlander enemies found only in the Whisperfront Frontiers biome. It is the snowy zone of the map, and the outlander enemies spawn in the human-made bases. The outlanders are humanoid enemies that will engage as soon as they spot you. After unlocking the snowy region, open the map to locate any buildings. Go to the location to find the base, and you will spot several outlander enemies guarding their base.
Bring better equipment, like Thorium weapons and armor, to eliminate outlanders easily. They are quite aggressive, especially when they are grouped up. Try to take solo fights with them to clear out the base. Every outlander will drop 1-4 Shadoweave Scraps. In addition to looting outlanders, search the bases for any chests. These chests will include more Shadoweave Scraps, Cobalt Ores, and other materials.
You will get a handful of Shadoweave Scraps from clearing out the outlanders’ base or two. However, if you are trying to get more, explore more of the snowy region to find Outlanders’ Village. It is a bigger scale base with several buildings and a lot of outlander enemies. Here, you will get to encounter almost every variant of the Outlander.
However, you have to be careful and extra prepared while raiding the village. Bring extra food for health, and clear out the outlanders. You can easily farm Shadoweave Scraps at the village, alongside other materials from the chests.
