Kenli will advise players to look at the requests from people at the Bulletin Board. Moreover, he will introduce the players to a new store at the City Hall. As players arrive in the Snowy Kilima Valley, they will notice Kenli waiting for them at the player’s housing plot. Go and speak with Kenli to accept the Bulletin Blitz quest.
Leave the housing plot and make your way to the center of the Kilima Village. Go to the Bulletin Board and interact with it to view the new “Winterlights Festival Bundles”. If you are viewing the new bundles for the first time, you must accept and complete the “Home for the Holidays” quest for Reth. It is an introductory quest about the latest Winterlights bundles.
However, after checking out the Billboard, go back to Kenli and speak with him. Kenli will explain the new categories for the bundles, dailies, and weekly requests at the billboard. Moreover, Kenli will give you 2 Kilima Coins, a new currency.
After speaking with Kenli, go to the City Hall. Here, you will notice a new catalogue beside the staircase in the lobby. It is the new Kilima Coin Catalogue store in the game. It features both fresh and returning iconic items. Moreover, the Kilima Coin Catalogue rotates its lineup each season, allowing the players to get new and returning items from each season.
After finding the Catalogue, interact with it to open the store. This will conclude the Bulletin Blitz quest for Kenli.
Completing the Bulletin Blitz quest for Kenli in Palia will reward the players with 20 Kilima Coins.
