The Fisch Haunted Rod may be available for a limited time, but its passive allows it to be used all year round!

The Halloween 2024 event in Fisch brings a brand-new rod, aptly named the Haunted Rod. You best be quick in obtaining this one though, as it’s only available for players who take part in the Fisch Fright event. Once it’s over, it’s unobtainable!
To obtain the Haunted Rod, you must find the ingredients that the goblin stole from the witch, Beatrix. You are required to put 5 ingredients in the cauldron to be rewarded with the rod. Alongside that, you also get the Haunted title.

When using the Haunted Rod, your luck gets a 50% boost, which makes the rod worth the effort. Yes, other rods increase your luck more, but instead of grinding coins for it, you just need to complete the Halloween quest – much easier!
As well as the luck buff, your control of the rod increases by 0.05. This isn’t much, but every little helps, and the boost of luck certainly makes up for it.
The passive ability for the Haunted Rod knocks all the other stats out of the park. Even after Fisch Fright 2024 ends, you can still catch Halloween Mutations when using the rod, thanks to it having a permanent infusion of cursed energy.
So, if you don’t manage to get all of the Mutated fish during the event, you can still get them afterwards! Plus, fish that have Mutations sell for more coins, so it’s a win-win.
