The Flying Dutchman is, of course, a boat. You’ll recognise its name from a tale of a ghost ship! Well, now you can get the Flying Dutchman for your Fisch adventures, and all it takes is the completion of a quest.
The quest is simple! All you have to do is collect 6 ingredients to put into Beatrix the Witch’s cauldron. You can put the same ingredient in more than once, so don’t worry if all you can find is candy corn and skulls.
The most difficult part is actually gathering them. They’re easy to spot on the ground, but when the message in the chat box appears to announce where the next batch of ingredients is, all players on the server will flood to that spot. You need to be quick, and if you have a fast boat, you’ll find it much easier.
After returning the 6 ingredients to the cauldron, you unlock the Flying Dutchman boat! You don’t have to put them in all at once, so feel free to do it one at a time as you collect them.
Those who are familiar with the stats of all the boats will notice that the Pirate Ship and the Flying Dutchman are the same. They both share a Speed of 80, and 30 for Steering, plus 0.2 for acceleration.
The only difference is that the Flying Dutchman looks a lot nicer aesthetically. It’s also only available during the Fisch Fright, so you can show it off to new players after the Halloween event ends. Instead of a plain pirate ship, you get to sail the legendary ghost shop, adorned with chains and a glowing green aura.
