How I Got the Sailor Piece Asta/Anti Magic Sword

The Sailor Piece Asta Sword requires a currency exclusive to a game mode locked behind Sea 2. To play said game mode, you need Crystal Keys. This item is only obtainable on Sailor Piece’s Sea 2 map.

Sailor Piece Asta

The Asta (Anti Magic) Sword is based on the main protagonist, Asta, from the Black Clover franchise. The latest Sailor Piece update also includes inspired apparel for your character, called the Clover Outfit.

How to Get the Asta Sword (Anti Magic)

To obtain the Asta Sword, also known as the Anti Magic Sword, you need to collect a total of 5K Crystal Coins. This currency is exclusive to the Crystal Defense game mode, which is only accessible for players who have unlocked Sea 2.

To spend your Crystal Coins, you can speak with the Defense Shop NPC who stands next to the Crystal Defense NPC at the back of Punch Island. This island is part of Sea 2, hence why you need to unlock the map beforehand. Crystal Coins can also be used to unlock upgrades exclusive to Crystal Defense for your character.

How to Get Crystal Coins

Now, to get Crystal Coins in the first place, you need to progress through each wave in the Crystal Defense game mode. The challenge is to defeat all enemies before they whittle the crystal’s HP down to 0. They automatically target the crystal, so you need to be quick to knock them down. You obtain Crystal Coins per wave, so the goal is to keep the crystal safe for as many waves as possible.

To easily progress through waves of Crystal Defense, you should be prioritising speed, damage output, and range. Your speed is important because of how quickly the enemies can spawn, and the range at which you can deal damage, because enemies appear from multiple directions.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer number of enemies when they’re approaching the crystal from all directions, which is why it’s recommended to team up with other players. It’s possible to clear Crystal Defense solo, but to make it easier and to increase your chances of getting plenty of Crystal Coins, my advice is to get a group together.

Accessing Crystal Defense

To enter Crystal Defense, you must have at least one Crystal Key. All Sea 2 enemies have a chance to drop these keys, so if you go AFK, you’ll hopefully come back to a bunch of them in your inventory.

While on the Sea 2 map, teleport to Punch Island and head to the back left. Here, you can speak with the Crystal Defense NPC to summon the Crystal Defense game mode.
