How to Get Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Bond Stars

To get Bond Stars, you must enter Competition Mode. By taking part in matches against other players, you can earn Bond Stars as a reward. The amount of Bond Stars you obtain depends on how the match goes. However, even if you lose, you still get Bond Stars.

Once you’re in Competition Mode, you can select between a normal match and a ranked match. Luckily, the Bond Stars are a reward for both normal matches and ranked matches, although the former is much easier to participate in, as you don’t have the added stress of ranks.

Please note that these matches must be online against real players, and cannot be against NPCs.

What are Bond Stars?

Bond Stars are a type of currency in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road. In fact, it’s one of the main currencies in the entire game, as they’re used to add new characters to your roster.

How to Unlock New Characters in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road

Once you have at least 5 Bond Stars, you can enter Chronicle Mode in-game. From here, select the ‘Player Universe’ option, which displays a wide variety of constellations for each available character.

After selecting a constellation, you then need to choose which node you want to unlock. This node determines which Spirit you’ll obtain from a character, thus unlocking them for you! As mentioned, it costs 5 Bond Stars for a singular node.

To add a challenging aspect to this feature, there are characters of different rarities:

  • Common
  • Rare
  • Hero

The rarer the Spirit, the lower their chances of appearing when you unlock a node. It works similarly to gacha games, if you’re familiar with that genre.

Can You Pick Which Character You Want?

You cannot choose a specific character, unfortunately. Instead, you have to rely on gacha luck. On the bright side, this doesn’t cost any real-life money, but it does require you to save up lots of Bond Stars.
