I’ll talk you through how to get the Armless Detective Halloween Spotlight Rune and Key, so you can complete the event in no time. First the Rune, and then the Key.
To get the Rune, you need to finish an investigation on the Cursed Cathedral map. Sadly, I can’t give you exact answers, as each gameplay is random and different from the last! Take your time to think about the answer carefully.
Now, onto the Key. You can get this by solving the Cathedral Case. Similarly, each playthrough is random. However, I can talk you through some tips and the basics on what you need to do.
To start, equip the Magnet and head behind the Cathedral. Then, use the Magnet to move the balls into the squares at the maze on the wall. Simply drag the balls so they touch the squares.
After this, the Cathedral will open. Go inside the Cathedral and move the mirrors so they reflect the light from your magnifying glass. Keep note of the colours of the Diamonds and jot them down in the journal.
Once you do this, take the Shed Key beside the diamond case and use it to open the Shed outside. If it’s vandalized, make sure you make a note, as this is crucial evidence!
Take everything you know and decide who the suspect is. If you are correct, the game will transport you to Spooky Town, where you can get the Key by going trick-or-treating. You need to visit 150 houses before the timer runs out, so be quick!
