The Summer Sizzle Event in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a limited-time annual event. It was previously named “End of Summer” last year. This year, the event has a new name and offers a couple of new items for players to acquire. The Summer Sizzle event is now Live until July 22, 2025. Just like last year, players will find two unique sweets, Pink and Blue Marshmallows, in the Valley. Players can use the Marshmallows to cook two new tasty treats and craft various items. Moreover, there are two exclusive duties that players can complete to earn exclusive rewards. This is the complete guide to the Summer Sizzle Event in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
The whole Summer Sizzle event is mainly focused on getting the new Pink and Blue Marshmallows. Because both of them are essential for the meal recipes, crafting recipes, and completing the duties. We will start with where you can find both Marshmallows in The Valley.
The Pink Marshmallows are obtained by harvesting the Pink Marshmallow bush. It is a special bush, and there are three of them in total that will appear only in the Plaza biome. Harvesting each Pink Marshmallow bush will give you 4x Pink Marshmallow. The Pink Marshmallows grow back on the bushes after 30 minutes.
Unlike the Pink Marshmallows, Blue Marshmallows spawn randomly on the ground, instead of the special bushes. The Blue Marshmallows spawn in the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust biomes. Explore the mentioned biomes and keep an eye out for sparkling Blue Marshmallows on the ground.
Every biome will have around 1-4 Blue Marshmallows at a time, and they respawn every 5 minutes. There will be a maximum of 12 Blue Marshmallows available at a time.
TIP: The best and easiest way to collect the Blue Marshmallows is to use the Ancient Vacuum (Level 3). Another great way to collect more of Blue Marshmallows is to bring along a Forager Villager.
NOTE: If your biomes are heavily decorated, you might face some difficulties in finding the Blue Marshmallows. In such a scenario, the edges of the biomes have the highest chance of spawning a Blue Marshmallow.
