Here's how much money every player made at the 2025 PGA Championship

The 2025 PGA Championship purse is once again the biggest its ever been.

The PGA Championship purse has increased significantly every year over the last several years — nearly doubling over the last five. In 2020, the purse was set at $11 million. This year, the PGA Championship purse set a new record at a total of $19 million. (The Players championship remains the richest purse in golf at a total of $25 million.)

This year’s PGA Champion will surpass the payout received by the 2024 champion, Xander Schauffele, by $90,000, with a $3.42 million total payday. The runner-up will receive a cool $2.052 million, and third place will clear seven figures too, with a payout of $1.292 million.
