How to Make Money in Fisch

Making as much money as possible is the main goal in Fisch! Without money, you can’t purchase upgraded rods, bait, or faster boats. While you earn in-game cash passively whilst catching and selling your fish, there are ways to speed up the process.

Increase Your Sell Value

Enchants and rods come with plenty of benefits! To make sure you’re earning as much money as possible, you need to equip the best ones for the job.

Enchants

Utilising Enchants is a good way of making more money! Understandably, there are better Enchants than others, especially when it comes to increasing your income.

• Blessed
  • Increases your chances of catching a Shiny or Sparkling fish, which sells for more
• Mutated
  • Increases your chances of catching a Mutated fish, with some mutations selling for a lot more cash
• Sea King
  • Increases the size of all fish caught, which sells for more
• Lucky
  • This increases your overall luck, which means you have a higher chance of obtaining rare or Mutated fish
• Storming or Breezed
  • I’m putting these 2 Enchants together as they both increase your luck but the former relies on Rainy weather and the latter requires Windy weather

Rods

The rod you use determines how lucky you are when reeling in your catch too! Ideally, you should aim for rods that have high luck, or those that have a passive ability that increases your chance of obtaining rare/Mutated fish.

• Destiny Rod
  • Grants you a 250% luck boost
• King’s Rod
  • Every fish you catch is larger
• Midas Rod
  • Each fish you catch has a 60% chance of being Golden, which sells for more
• Mythical Rod
  • Each fish you catch has a 20% of having the Rainbow mutation, which also sells for more!

Quests and Fishing

It may seem obvious, but simply fishing and selling your catches earns you money. Even if you’re new to the game with a standard rod, hardly any bait, and no Enchants. Remember to sell every fish you catch, unless you need it for a quest.

On that topic, completing quests is also a great option for earning some extra in-game cash. You can find various quest NPCs across the islands, with some having repeatable quests.
