Dark Atmospheric Adventure Inner Voice Revealed

    Blending together exploration, story-driven puzzles, and immersive audiovisual design, a new Steam Next Fest demo for Dionous Games’ dark atmospheric title Inner Voice is now available.

    For longtime fans of horror, Inner Voice draws inspiration from narrative-driven and atmospheric experiences like Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Dear Esther, pairing it with the emotionally charged atmosphere found in Silent Hill.

    Haunted by the loss of his wife Diana, Inner Voice follows the story of Booker as he is drawn into a place that has been abandoned by both time and reason. 

    With no weapons, no allies, and no answers, players will set out to navigate decaying spaces as they follow the echo of a mysterious voice.

    Solo developer Nick Chronopoulos said the following:

    “Inner Voice was built around the idea that environments can carry emotion and memory. 

    I wanted players to feel the story through the spaces they explore, the sounds they hear, and the choices they make.”
