Vibin’ on the Cybin is a new quest in Schedule 1 added with the recent Shrooms update. This new quest allows players to get in touch with a new dealer and learn the basics of how to produce magic mushrooms. The Shrooms are the brand-new products to produce and sell for profit in the city of Hyland Point. In this guide, we will walk you through the Vibin’ on the Cybin quest in Schedule 1.
Triggering the Vibin’ on the Cybin quest will require players to unlock Fungal Phil, the new Supplier in Downtown. Players must reach a ‘Friendly’ relationship with either Kevin Oakley or Elizabeth Homley to unlock the new Supplier. Once the Fungal Phil is available, the player will receive a message from him, triggering the Vibin’ on the Cybin quest.
Once the quest is active, reply to Fungal Phil and request a Dead Drop for at least 1x Grain Bag and 1x Spore Syringe. After that, go to the Warehouse in the evening/night and interact with Oscar to purchase the Mushroom Spawn station. It is under the ‘Furniture’ tab and will cost you $1,500 (Cash). Make sure to grab the dead drop from Fungal Phil before heading home.
Head to your home or any property to place down the Mushroom Spawn station. Once done, interact with it and add the Grain Bag and Spore Syringe. After that, select the “Begin” option to start the process. Click on the syringe cap to remove it and then move the syringe into the Black Box on the Grain Bag. Now, push the plunger to insert the components into the grain bag. It will make a Shroom Spawn.
Now, message Fungal Phil for another Dead Drop and request at least 1x Mushroom Substrate. In the meantime, go to Oscar again and purchase the 1x Mushroom Bed. It is under the ‘Agriculture’ tab and costs $200. After that, get the dead drop and head home.
Place the Mushroom Bed in your property and equip the Mushroom Substrate. Pour the Mushroom Substrate into the Mushroom Bed. Now, equip the Mushroom Spawn and add it to the soil. Click on the spawn to turn it into small pieces. Once done, push the pieces into the soil.
Now, head to a hardware store and purchase a Spray Bottle and an AC Unit. The Spray Bottle will cost $15 (Credit), and the AC Unit will cost $1,800 (Credit). Once done, go back to the home.
An AC Unit is an essential piece of equipment that helps grow Shrooms. It is because the Shrooms only grow in temperatures below 59 °F. Place the AC Unit close to the Mushroom Bed and set it to Cool. After that, equip the Spray Bottle and fill it with water. Head to the mushroom bed and spray the water on the blue targets.
Now, wait until the shrooms are fully grown. Equip the trimmers and snap all of the mushrooms from the mushroom bed. Once done, the Vibin’ on the Cybin quest will conclude.
