The Candy Cane is a Limited Time rarity weapon in Hunty Zombie and is only obtainable via the in-game weapon gacha system. For this, you need to use Normal Spins or Lucky Spins. The weapon you get is not guaranteed, as there are various rarities in the reward pool, such as:
Luckily, weapons that fall under the Limited Time rarity are slightly more common than Celestial rarity weapons. That doesn’t mean they’re easy to get, though!
0.1% is a very low drop chance, and you’re more likely to get multiple copies of Rare, Epic, and even Legendary weapons before even one Limited Time or Celestial rarity drops.
As you know, Limited Time rarity weapons are only available for the duration of an event. The Candy Cane weapon, as you can probably guess, is obtainable during the Christmas Candy Cane event. Once this event ends, the Candy Cane will be removed from the gacha pool.
