Official Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Creator Tournament Happening December 19

SEGA is set to host an official competitive creator tournament for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds December 19, with invited creators getting the chance to win a cash prize in the upcoming CrossWorlds Cup.

Join us for a brand-new Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds tournament as some of your favorite streamers go head-to-head to see who will take home the trophy (and cash prize!).

Featuring 12 Content Creators (including Agent 00, CONEY, RealKatieB, and Caroline Kwan), players will take part in 16 races – with each course getting featured once.

The format for the competition will be a multi-stage point championship, with first place receiving 15 points (etc.) and no eliminations mid-event.

Set to last from three to four hours, the racer with the most points at the end of the event will net themselves the cash prize.

On that note, the prizing is as follows:

$12,000 for first place
$5,000 for second place
$1,500 for third place
$1,500 for Time Trials bonus winner

Fans can tune into the cup via the official Sonic the Hedgehog Twitch Channel on December 19 at 1pm PT to see things play out!

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is also available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 (digitally) and PC.
