How To Farm Rare Ores in The Forge
- Learning Where Ores Drop
- Some Ores have specific deposits they drop from; learning where to look instead of breaking random rocks and boulders will help you uncover rarer ores. For example, Aite Ore only drops from Boulders found within Stonewake Caves.
- Choosing A Pickaxe
- Pickaxes have a lot of unique stats, with Luck being one of their priority attributes. Choosing a Pickaxe with a higher affinity for Luck will yield luckier Ores when mining.
- Luck Potions
- Luck Potion I gives a 20% Luck Boost for 300 Seconds. This Potion costs 350 Gold from both Stonewake and Forgotten Kingdom.
- Runes
- The Miner Shard Rune: Luck Variant provides a Luck Enhancement to your Pickaxe. Obtainable via the Runemaker NPC.
- Totems
- The Luck Totem applies +50% Luck for 5 minutes when triggered. This item is obtained from Codes and the Robux Store.

- Arcane Pickaxe: 50% Luck Boost
- Obtained from the Fallen Angel’s Cave at Stonewake for $12,500.
- Lightite Pickaxe: 45% Luck Boost
- Obtained from the Forgotten Kingdom Pickaxe shop for $98,500.
- Magma Pickaxe: 46% Luck Boost
- Obtained for $150,000 from within the Ashen Passage at Forgotten Kingdom.
- Demonic Pickaxe: 47.5% Luck Boost
- Obtained for $500,000 from within the Volcanic Depths at Forgotten Kingdom.
- Mythril Pickaxe: 55% Luck Boost
- Obtained from the Forgotten Kingdom Pickaxe shop for $67,500.
How To Tell If An Ore Is Rare
When viewing the Index, check the Ores Value, Rarity, and Multiplier. This will give you an idea of how valuable it truly is.
- Value: The cost of the Ores node raw. If you don’t want to forge this Ore, this is how much Greedy Cey will buy it for.
- Rarity: Self-explanatory. The higher the rarity, the rarer it is. This goes hand in hand with the chance (for example, Poopite has a 1 in 131 chance when mining Pebbles, Rocks, and Boulders.
- Multiplier: How much it enhances Forged items (Weapons and Armour) if used when crafting. The higher the Multiplier, the better the forge and the rarer the Ore and item.
Why You Need Rare Ores
Rarer Ores appear in questlines, such as the Goblin Questline, but are more fundamental to the satisfying game loop tailored by The Forge.
These Rarer Ores allow you to craft stronger equipment, including weapons and armour, to take on later game content and defeat once unimaginable foes.
