The Absolvement Soul Tree can seem complicated at first, but the skills you unlock depend on your character’s build. In Absolvement, the weapons and armor you choose are also important to your build. Make sure you know how the Absolvement Status Effects work, which can affect which way a battle goes!
Absolvement Soul Tree
The Soul Tree acts like a typical skill tree, in which you can unlock new skills by spending SP.
Core Trees
There are 4 main trees within the Soul Tree:
- Speed (Bladewind Disciple)
- Healing (Luminary Pact)
- Crit (Soulpiercer)
- Defense (Warden’s Resolve)
Crit
- Gory Finale
- Defeating an enemy with a Critical Hit increases Attack Speed by 10% for 20 seconds
- Costs: 1 SP
- Eye of the Predator
- After a successful parry, Critical Strike chance increases by 3% for 3 seconds
- Costs: 2 SP
- Heartseeker
- The effectiveness of Critical Strike increases by 10% when attacking enemies below 50% HP
- Costs: 2 SP
- Anatomical Insight
- 2 Critical Hits in a row increase your DMG by 50% for 4 seconds
- Costs: 2 SP
- Ruthless Strike
- 5% higher chance of dealing a Critical Strike on your first hit
- Costs: 2 SP
- Precision’s Edge
- Non-critical hits increase your chances of getting a Critical Strike by 1%
- Costs: 3 SP
Speed
- Bladed Momentum
- M1 speed is 10% faster after you dodge an attack
- Costs: 1 SP
- Fury’s Edge
- Your Dodge cooldown reduces by 1.5 seconds whenever you attack enemies with a Critical Strike
- Costs: 1 SP
- Adrenaline Rush
- Defeating an enemy reduces the cooldown of your Dodge by 1 second
- Costs: 1 SP
- Dancing Blades
- Dealing 3 hits in a row increases movement speed by 5% for 2 seconds
- Costs: 2 SP
- Phantom Step
- When you dodge, you leave an after-image, which confuses enemies
- Costs: 2 SP
- Unrelenting Tempo
- When you miss an M1 attack, your Attack Speed increases by 2%
- Costs: 2 SP
Healing
- Guiding Light
- Buffs that affect you and others last 20% longer
- Costs: 1 SP
- Resonant Bond
- If you are standing nearby to an ally, your Movement Speed and theirs increase by 5%
- Costs: 1 SP
- Luminous Surge
- When you get rid of a negative status effect, either for yourself or an ally, Mana Regen increases by 10% for 3 seconds
- Costs: 1 SP
- Radiant Boon
- When you heal someone, their next attack deals 5% more DMG
- Costs: 2 SP
- Shared Vitality
- When you heal someone, you replenish 3% of your own HP
- Costs: 2 SP
- Hope’s Light
- Parry window increases by 25% for 2 seconds when you heal or buff an ally
- Costs: 2 SP
Defense
- Unbroken Wall
- Incoming DMG is reduced by 5% when you stand still for at least 1 second
- Costs: 1 SP
- Fortifying Clash
- DMG taken is reduced by 10% for 2 seconds when parrying
- Costs: 2 SP
- Retribution Stance
- When you block an incoming attack with a shield, the window for your next parry increases by 50%
- Costs: 2 SP
- Iron Grip
- The duration of the Roots status effect and Slowing status effects is reduced by 20%
- Costs: 2 SP
- Stalwart Soul
- Armor increases by 5% when you are close to 2 enemies
- Costs: 2 SP
- Counterforce
- Push enemies away after a successful parry, stunning them for 15% longer
- Costs: 3 SP
