In the opening round at Port Royal, Canadian pro and PGA Tour winner Adam Hadwin had the round of the day. Hadwin fired a six-under 65 to set the pace on Day 1.
Having started the week at 147th in the Fedex Fall standings, Hadwin would launch into the top 100 and secure full Tour status for next season with a win.
The first round was suspended due to darkness Thursday evening with 15 players on the course. They will resume their rounds at 7:30 a.m. local time on Friday, with Round 2 getting underway as scheduled at 7 a.m. local.
