Eidolon is located within The Sanctum and costs 5,000,000 C$ to buy.
To release the Trapdoor and enter the Sanctum, you must first find 15 Obelisks throughout the Cultist Lair and turn them. (4450, -2000, -4675).

+40% Progress Speed. After reaching 70% Progress: Sets the Progress Speed to +566% and sets control to 0.7.
The Lure Speed and Progress Speed buffs (especially when at threshold) make catching fish easy and extremely quick with this rod. It also doubles as a good money-making rod thanks to the valuable Phantom mutation it applies. However, given its low Luck stat, the majority of catches will likely be low-rarity fish.
Given the Rod’s low Luck and Resilience stat, I recommend Mystical (Exalted Relic Enchant) for an overall stat boost. Mystical applies: +25% Luck, +45% Resilience, +15% Lure Speed, and +10% Progress Speed.
