The Taco Tuesday event is actually called the Tacos event, but it often occurs on Tuesdays!
During the Taco Tuesday event (known as the Tacos event), the total Server Luck increases by 100. When fishing in any location, you can catch at least 2 Rare fish and 1 Rare mutation. It usually lasts around 2 minutes, so it’s quite a short event compared to others.
However, there are also two exclusive Special-rarity fish for Taco Tuesday. The first is the Taco, which has a 30% chance of spawning. The second is the Gargantuan Taco, which has a much lower spawn chance at 0.1%. The Gargantuan Taco has a Resilience of -50 and a Progress Speed of -101%, making it a difficult catch.
Both of these catches have no preferences, apart from only appearing in the Tacos event. There’s also an event-exclusive mutation! If any of your catches get the Spicy mutation, the selling value increases by 15x. The chance of getting the Spicy mutation is 20%.
The Tacos server event is an admin event, so it does not spawn naturally. Instead, an admin must activate it themselves. Now, while the Tacos server event can technically be spawned at any time during the week, it’s a common occurrence for it to happen on a Tuesday.
This is in reference to ‘Taco Tuesday’, which is a well-known concept in America, where many food establishments offer deals on tacos. It’s to encourage people to eat tacos on a Tuesday! Fisch has taken this custom and turned it into a server event.
