The Medicine Ball block is:
Lunge with Rotation
Single Leg Sit Up
Alternating Push up on the Ball

The Kettlebell Block is:
Single Leg RDL
Row
1-Arm Swing

You can do this workout for repetition or time intervals, resting as minimally or long as you need.
